Refunds
When a fee comes back, and when the pack is already printed.
These rules apply to the sittings we actually offer: the six-week intensive, the weekend workshop, private coaching, and the single-name review. They do not describe shop returns or shipped goods, because we do not sell those.
Who to write
Refund and reschedule requests go to hello@stack-mapgrid.digital or +66 6624167064, naming the sitting and the date we confirmed. We answer within two working days after the SET afternoon session where we can.
Swing Structure Intensive
Full refund. If you cancel in writing at least fourteen days before the first Tuesday, we return the THB 28,500 in full. Packs will not yet have been printed with your name on the cover sheet.
Partial refund. If you cancel between thirteen and seven days before the first Tuesday, we return 50%. The rest covers paper already ordered and the seat we did not offer to the next person on the note list.
After that, and after week one starts. No refund of the cohort fee. You may miss a Tuesday without a make-up class; the homework comments for that week still go out if you send the charts. We do not credit the fee toward a later cohort except at our written discretion when we cancel the group.
Weekend workshop
Full refund if you cancel at least seven days before Saturday. Fifty percent if you cancel with three to six days’ notice. No refund inside two days, and no refund after Saturday morning begins, including if you attend only Sunday. Lunch you bought in the neighbourhood is not our receipt to refund.
Private coaching
You may move a 90-minute sitting once if you write before noon on the working day before the appointment. Later than that, or a no-show, the THB 4,200 is kept. A sitting you cancel with more than one working day’s notice is refunded in full or held as a credit for three months, as you choose in the email.
Pre-trade chart review
Same timing as coaching, applied to the 45-minute slot. If we have already read the PDF you sent and you cancel inside a working day, we still keep the fee because the reading was the work.
If we cancel
If Kit or Nalinee cannot run the sitting — illness, a studio problem — we offer a new date or a full refund of the unused sitting. For the intensive, unused means Tuesdays not yet taught; taught evenings are not unwound. If we cancel the whole cohort before Tuesday one, you receive a full refund.
Deposits
We do not take a separate deposit on top of the sitting fee. The fee itself is the reservation.
No-shows
A no-show is an absence without written notice. Cohort no-shows lose that Tuesday. Coaching and review no-shows lose the fee. Workshop no-shows on Saturday lose the weekend fee.
Work already started and materials
Printed packs made for you are not returnable for a cash refund of paper. If you leave a cohort early, you may take the pages already issued; you do not receive later weeks’ packs. Recap emails already sent are part of a completed coaching sitting.
Method and timing
Refunds go back by bank transfer to the account that paid, within fourteen working days after we agree the amount. We do not send cash in the room. Exchange differences, if you paid from a foreign account, are not topped up.
Exceptions
If a student is materially misled by our confirmation email about dates or place, we will refund in full even inside the ordinary windows. If the room is unusable on the evening (flood, power), that is our cancellation, not yours.
