Terms for sitting in the Samaedam room.
These terms apply when you enquire, pay a fee, or attend a Stack Mapgrid class or sitting. They are written for teaching, not for brokerage.
Acceptance
By sending an enquiry, paying a fee, or attending a sitting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not pay and do not attend. Stack Mapgrid is the teaching practice operating from 41/25 Moo 5 Bangkhunthian-Longtalay Road Samaedam, Bangkok, Bangkok, 10150, Thailand, reachable at hello@stack-mapgrid.digital and +66 6624167064.
What we provide
We provide in-person and call-based instruction in reading daily and weekly charts for cash equity swing holds. We do not provide investment advice tailored as a recommendation to buy or sell a named security, we do not manage money, and we do not execute orders. Any comment on a chart you bring is instruction in method, not an invitation to transact.
Enrolment and your information
A seat in a cohort or workshop is confirmed only after we accept your note and the fee arrives. You must give an accurate name and email. You must not send account passwords, one-time codes, or copies of identity documents unless we specifically ask for a name match on a receipt — we do not normally ask.
Your conduct in the room
You may not record the evening, photograph other students’ charts, or share the printed pack as a scanned set. You may mark your own pages and keep them. If you disrupt the sitting or repeatedly ignore the cash-equities scope, we may end the sitting without a further class; fees in that case follow the refund note.
Intellectual property
The layout of the weekly packs, the one-page checklist, and the wording of exercises are owned by Stack Mapgrid. You receive a personal licence to use your copy for your own chart reading. You may not copy the pack for a third party, teach from it as a competing class, or publish the exercises as your own material.
Liability
Markets move. A method taught on paper can still lose money when you apply it. To the extent permitted by the law of Thailand, Stack Mapgrid is not liable for trading losses, missed entries, or decisions you take after a class or recap email. We are responsible for delivering the sitting we described, in a safe room, with the packs we promised. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence in the studio.
Web pages
This site is informational. Fees and dates can change; the confirmation email is the contract for a named sitting. Forms on the site are received as messages, not as automatic enrolment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved in writing within thirty days of a notice to hello@stack-mapgrid.digital.
Changes
If we change these terms, the version posted at this address applies to sittings booked after the change. Sittings already confirmed keep the terms as they stood on the confirmation date, unless a change is required by law.
